John,
As the Delaware General Assembly meets for its 152nd session, I wanted to share some inspiring information with you.
Our leadership should represent the diversity of our great state. This session, the chamber has its most diverse body of leaders yet. More than half of committees will be led by women, and 13 committees will be led in some capacity by people of color.
John, as the General Assembly moves into the process of governing the people of Delaware, our collective involvement is essential to receive the best results. That's why I need your grassroots support to stay connected as we march forward in Dover. Can you please join me in building a better future for ALL Delawareans by chipping in today? [[link removed]]

When I say representation matters, I mean it.
50 years ago, it would be unimaginable to see this type of diversity represented within our elected offices. But with significant time and effort, we've taken the steps to change that. Now, a woman can hold a statewide constitutional office and work alongside a diverse group of empowering figures of all backgrounds.
No one should feel elected office is unattainable to them just because of their circumstances.
That's why I believe we'll make great strides in the coming years to address the closest issues affecting our communities. With more and more people willing to make the leap, we'll see more innovative policy ideas to tackle problems contributing to issues like financial instability for Delawareans. With these types of shifts, we ALL win.
John, I'm proud to be a role model for the folks looking to make a difference through elected office. I'm even prouder of the amazing Delaware Democrats breaking boundaries to deliver true representation for everyone within our state. Will you join me in breaking even more boundaries by lending your grassroots support today? [[link removed]]
