Alexandria has officially started her 3rd term in Congress.
It took Republicans in the House of Representatives 4 days and 15 rounds of voting to secure 216 votes for a Speaker of the House.
Despite the chaotic delay, just before 2:00 AM on Saturday, January 7, Alexandria was finally sworn in as U.S. Representative for New York’s 14th Congressional District in the 118th Congress.
This will be Alexandria’s 3rd term serving the constituents of NY-14, and her fifth year fighting for social, racial, and economic justice in Congress. Can you help us give her a strong start this term by chipping in $3 today?
