John, I'll cut right to the chase: I'm about to ask you to donate to help reelect my friend Kirsten Gillibrand to the Senate. But before I do, I want to quickly explain why your grassroots support is so important today (this will only take a minute – I promise).
Mitch McConnell and his megadonor allies are already planning to do whatever it takes – and spend whatever it takes – to flip the Senate next year. And while Democrats have to defend 23 seats to hold our narrow majority, the GOP only has to defend 10.
