Women have been leading the resistance against Trump since the day he was
elected. I’ll never forget the crowds that flooded Washington, D.C.,
during the first Women’s March — the largest single-day protest in U.S.
history.^1

In the long 3 years since then, we’ve seen unprecedented attacks on
reproductive freedom — and an unprecedented response from NARAL members.

the Women’s March on January 18th in Washington, D.C.

Since 2017, we’ve more than doubled our official member count: from 1
million reproductive freedom advocates to over 2.5 million. We’ve more
than doubled the size of our organizing staff and led the charge against
Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court. We organized
members in key states to pass bills protecting reproductive freedom (like
the Trust Nevada Women Act) and fought back against unconstitutional
abortion bans in Georgia, Alabama, and Missouri.^2

Never forget, 77% of Americans support the right to access abortion.

And 2020 is our year — to be louder, more organized, more visible, and
more impactful than ever in our history.
