Have you seen the latest story from RedState? In case you
missed it, following Chairman Brian Schimming's election on
December 10, a new report outlines his plans to energize the
party and help Republicans win at all levels of the ballot in
2023, 2024, and beyond. According to RedState, "every Republican
Party chair in the country should follow the new Wisconsin GOP
head's lead."

Chairman Schimming also recently spoke with the Milwaukee
Journal Sentinel about his plans for our party. He's ready to
transform the Republican Party here in Wisconsin to deliver more
victories than ever before. As spring elections and 2024 quickly
approach us, we're gearing up to WIN.

Read some excerpts below:
Brian Schimming, a political veteran who is the new
leader of the state Republican Party, has a blunt message posted
on the wall of his office: "I'm not coming over here to milk
sacred cows."

"Everything is on the table," Schimming said in an
interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
"And I don't do change just for change's sake. I don't go
to knock over furniture just for the heck of it. But I'm sending
the signal not only internally but externally that if it works we
enhance it. If it doesn't work, it goes."

·
Schimming's charge is to get the party in fighting shape.

And he has plenty of experience as a political operative
and aide, talk-radio show host and member of two Republican
administrations under former Republican governors Tommy Thompson
and Scott Walker.
·
·

He said the party performed "pretty well" in early voting
in November, "but we need to dramatically increase it and make
sure our people are comfortable voting that way."

"We have to ensure that our folks don't stay home but we
also need to do a better job of pushing voters to get their votes
in early," he said, adding "there's no reason that we can't do a
lot better than we are and we're going to."
