John, in 2018, I co-founded March For Our Lives after 17 students and staff were killed at my high school in Parkland, Florida.

Nearly five years later, we’ve grown into a national movement for change, and 2022 has been one of our biggest years yet. This year we pressured Congress into passing the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, blocked 95 percent of the gun lobby’s bills, and helped states pass 45 new gun safety laws.

But our work isn’t finished. We are still fighting for Congress to renew the Assault Weapons Ban, pass safe storage laws, and more.
