The Ecumenical Doctor of Ministry (DMin) at Catholic Theological Union prepares leaders to shape other leaders contextually for the 21st century.
Grounded in the principles of practical theology, CTU's Ecumenical Doctor of Ministry degree challenges participants to consider their experience within a variety of systematic frameworks. The goal is to enable experienced ministers to train other leaders for ministry. Special emphasis is placed on the integration and mutual evaluation of the DMin candidates who, with the faculty, are partners in learning.
