Friend,

I hope you've had some time this past week to take a step back from the daily routine, reflect, enjoy the holidays, and spend time with loved ones.

For me, the end of the year is a time to reflect on all of the moments that got us here and plan for the moments still to come.

Campaigns come and go, friend. The Iowa Democratic Party is a constant. Investing in our party is how we build a robust organizing infrastructure and carry on the work that needs to be done beyond the election cycle.

I’m asking you to commit to becoming a sustaining donor in 2023. Whatever you can spare, whether it’s $1, $5, or more, will make a difference. [[link removed]]

This year has been difficult and there will be plenty of time to sort through the tough conversations and lessons to be learned.

But for right now, let’s forge ahead with hope and remind each other in these challenging times that a better future for every Iowan is worth fighting for.

Wishing you a happy and healthy 2023,
Ross Wilburn
