That’s what you help us offer the 270+ LGBTQ+ advocates working at our state partner organizations across the country when you donate to Equality Federation.

In 2022, Equality Federation brought over 250 state and national partners together to learn and connect at our annual Leadership Conference. We also hosted a convening of state leaders to strategize how to best protect the LGBTQ+ community — particularly transgender people — in the coming year.

In addition to our convenings, Equality Federation provided over 1200 hours of direct support to our state partners through:

• Personalized leadership coaching and organizational development support
• Legislative coaching and strategizing
• Communications messaging and support
• Specialized cohorts for HIV advocacy, supporting LGBTQ+ older adults, community organizing, and racial justice
• Job-specific cohorts for staff to connect and strategize with other folks doing similar work across the country
• Trainings on digital security, de-escalation and self-defense to keep our communities safer in a time of increased attacks
