the email we had hoped to send you tonight.

But as a grassroots powered organization we want to be really transparent
with you. Based on this morning’s fundraising, we’re not on track to reach
our $120,000 2024 Candidate Recruitment Goal.

We don’t have billionaire bankrollers or take a dime from corporate PACs,
all of our work is funded by people donating $5, $15, or even $50 at a
time. If we don’t see a major influx in our fundraising in the next 48
hours, we’re going to have to start looking at where to make budget cuts
and that’s going to impact the work we need to do.

and Summer Lee by rushing in $3 right now?

We are in a fight for the soul of the Democratic Party and we can’t afford
to slow down. Every cycle we face millions of dollars from the right-wing
and the political establishment and your contributions mean so much to us
to help us fight back.
