One of my proudest moments was when I looked Barack Obama in the eye and I said, Mr. President, you will not fill the Supreme Court vacancy. I'm not an impartial juror. This is a political process. I'm not impartial about this at all. We must replace Mitch McConnell and take back the Senate.
