Washington, D.C. – This week, I joined most of my Texas GOP colleagues in unveiling our plan to do what Democrats refuse to do: secure our border. As Republicans are set to take control of the House next month, I am prepared to work in the next Congress to ensure the Democrats’ open border policies aren't left unchecked. Rest assured, Texas is willing to fight to protect our country. On Tuesday, I participated in a productive Small Business Subcommittee on Oversight hearing on the challenges facing small businesses amidst rampant inflation and vast labor shortages. You can watch my opening remarks and my full questioning below.

I had a great visit today with the Radiology Associates of North Texas as we discussed their workforce issues and my efforts to get more students into their industry. I also had the opportunity to tour a Long Term Care Facility and discuss legislation I’ve worked on to better support their operation.
