Dear Comrade,

As the long-term effects of the pandemic continue to shape society, workers are getting organized to fight back! Starting last Striketober and continuing through this year's unprecedented wave of new labor organizing, workers from Starbucks, Amazon, graduate schools, and more are becoming increasingly motivated to take on the boss. However, the path to victory isn't easy.

I'm asking you to help by donating to the DSA Labor solidarity fund. This fund is used to support striking workers through strike fund donations, to support chapters running solidarity campaigns for strikes and new organizing, and more.  Akron DSA members have voted to use chapter funds to match personal donations (up to $500), so any personal donation you can make will be doubled. Can you chip in $25, or whatever you can afford?

🌹PLEASE DONATE HERE🌹

Working people need to pool our resources to be strike ready in 2023. I appreciate all of your support in the past and will continue to do everything I can to make sure our national organization can help workers take on the boss and win. If you need help organizing your workplace, use this form. I can't wait to see you at this year's Akron DSA Labor Winter Solidarity Blast.

In solidarity,

Heather Hillenbrand
