Emerge New Mexico is the state's premier candidate training program for Democratic women and non-binary leaders who want to run for office – and WIN. We have trained more than 445 women since 2006, and over 100 Emerge New Mexico alums serve in public office today.
We've been working to change the face of power for the last 16 years because we believe that leaders must reflect the communities they serve and stand up to fight for a just and equitable world.
