Dear John,

Last weekend’s European Greens Congress was the biggest gathering of the Green family in the last years, and brought together more Green ministers than ever before. We left Copenhagen with a lot of energy and motivation for our European election campaign 2024.

"Our common vision to shape an inclusive Europe, where the rights of all citizens are protected and where inequalities are shrinking, has the power to mobilize and restore citizens’ confidence in a truly progressive democratic European project." – Mélanie Vogel, Co-Chair

At the Congress, the Green family agreed on a first strategic direction for the 2024 European elections campaign. The time has come for the Greens to be at the centre of a progressive majority in Europe – and the fight for this mission has started last weekend in Copenhagen!

"Our Green family gathering is sending a strong signal: our political family is as united as ever, and we are ready to lead this fight together ahead of the 2024 European elections." – Thomas Waitz, Co-Chair

The 900 participants of the Congress discussed, negotiated, and voted. Their enthusiasm, engagement, and cooperation is the engine of a successful start of our 2024 election campaign.

In this email, we share with you the resolutions that were adopted, election results, the video recordings of our plenary sessions and keynote speeches, as well as the link to the Congress photo album.
