Transgender kids and their families need your support on Friday, John.
Join us THIS Friday on December 9 at 9 AM as officials with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Council hold the last public meeting of 2022. [[link removed]] Since March, we’ve been at every single DFPS meeting, sharing the stories of the families who have been harmed by Gov. Abbott’s directive to investigate Texas families for providing their children with lifesaving medical care. DFPS' choice to comply with this cruel directive has resulted in 13 families being investigated—merely on suspicion that their kids might be transgender.
We cannot let these attacks on children, loving families, and our community continue. Here are two actions you can take now to show your support:

Transgender people of all ages deserve to live their lives freely and safely, with access to medical care that's been supported by every major medical association in the country for decades. Together, we can stop the radical right's cowardly attacks on children and their families.
