You helped win Georgia.
Every dollar you spent to support
Raphael Warnock’s campaign, an allied organization, and helping us
made a difference. Every hour you spent volunteering for the campaign
or for one of the many groups on the ground mattered.
There are a lot of people and a lot
of organizations who deserve credit for re-electing a good man and a
pro-democracy candidate to the Senate, but I wanted to take a moment
and highlight how you helped our team at The Lincoln Project make a
difference:
With your support, we ran this
spot to Georgia voters
millions of times across digital video and smart TVs. In an
environment where Georgia voters couldn’t sneeze without seeing a
political ad, your support helped us do what we do best: make an
incisive, powerful message that cut through the cutter in a way only
we can do. And make sure that Georgia voters saw our
message.
Our approach in Georgia mirrored
the approach that helped win 17 races (and counting) this cycle –
instead of adding to the noise, we targeted the people that needed an
extra nudge to move to the pro-democracy candidate. At this point, we
know exactly who to reach and how many times we need to reach
them.
It was not just paid advertising.
We also activated thousands of volunteers in The Union, lobbing calls
and texts into Georgia, and helping get out the vote in person via our
amazing partners. You’ll hear more about these efforts
soon.
As I told the team last night -
what a way to finish the 2022 election cycle. Rick, Stuart, Joe and I
are proud to be with each of you in this fight. With Trump looming
around the corner, your support has put our country in the best
position possible to take on this threat.
Thank you for all that you have
done for democracy.
