I hope you enjoyed a Thanksgiving filled with food, family, and fun. Much of my November was spent in Washington, DC, where I attended an orientation for all incoming members of Congress, hired the staff that will serve Congressional District 1, and worked with other Republicans to establish the rules we will use to guide our efforts in the coming Congressional session.
It has been a privilege to represent East Texas as I have begun to work for you in the Capitol. In an effort to be transparent and keep all citizens informed about the work being done by your federal government, I have been providing weekly radio updates. We eagerly anticipate January 3, 2023, when I will be officially sworn in as the next Congressman from the First Congressional District of Texas. Thank you for your continued support and prayers as we continue along this journey of service.
