For the past few weeks, we’ve taken a necessary break from our planned
campaign operations.

🏳️‍⚧️ First, after the tragic shooting in Colorado Springs, we mobilized
our movement to support two LGBTQ+ focused organizations and together we
raised nearly $8,000.

🗽 Then, we raised nearly $19,000 on Giving Tuesday to support asylum
seekers arriving in New York with nothing but the clothes on their backs.


🍑 Lastly, we raised $67,000 last month to help re-elect Sen. Raphael
Warnock in the lead up to the Georgia runoff in just four days.


We did this because it’s important to Alexandria that our campaign can
meet these moments and provide support in whatever ways we can. And we
couldn’t do it without you.

In order to make space for this work, we put fundraising for our campaign
on the back burner. So now, we need your help to close the gap and start
December strong so we’re on track to hit our Q4 targets before the FEC
deadline at the end of the month.

We’ve done the math, and if we can get just two contributions from
the 19125
area — we’ll be on track to meet our targets.
