We need your help, team.

In this year’s midterms, Ground Game Texas was incredibly successful – passing all FIVE initiatives to decriminalize marijuana.

BUT…some local officials are trying to reverse the will of the voters by blocking our initiatives. And we need your help to fight back. We’ll explain below – but first can you chip in $35 to help us make sure the will of the voters is defended? [[link removed]]

Here’s the situation:

*
Ground
Game
Texas
put
FIVE
initiatives
on
the
ballot
across
Texas
to
decriminalize
marijuana
possession—and
all
five
passed!
*
These
initiatives
prevent
scarce
public
safety
resources
from
being
used
to
arrest
and
jail
people
for
marijuana
use
*
But
local
officials
in
two
cities

Denton
and
Harker
Heights

falsely
claim
that
our
initiatives
aren’t
in
compliance
with
state
law
*
So
we
have
to
fight
back

in
the
courts
and
at
the
ballot
box.
That’s
where
YOU
come
in

Ground Game Texas is fighting back to make sure the will of the voters is respected. We will use every tool available to fight back against local officials trying to block progressive change – but fighting back will take resources.

You helped us successfully pass these groundbreaking initiatives—can you help us make sure they’re implemented? Chip in $35, or whatever you can afford, to help us fight back and make sure the will of voters is respected. [[link removed]]
