Hi, it's Sophia, the Field Coordinator for Schools & Communities First!
I wanted to briefly share my New Year's Resolution with you to see if you would like to join me in building a better California ...
This year, I'm not just pledging to recycle more ... I want to make real lasting change to my home state by holding corporations accountable for profiting off of the tax code at our expense. But to do that, we need to get Schools & Communities First on the 2020 ballot!
So, my Resolution this year is to help collect 20 ballot signatures for Schools & Communities First in the next 20 days!
Will you request a petition to gather 20 signatures to get our campaign on the 2020 ballot?
This is a resolution I know we can actually keep together!
Just click here and we'll send you a kit with everything you need to collect signatures for Schools & Communities First, then mail it back. It's that simple!
Make 2020 the year we keep our resolutions AND help better fund our schools and vital local services.
Take the 2020 challenge with me and gather 20 signatures in the next 20 days >>
Together, we can make 2020 the year of taking action to improve our communities!

The Schools & Communities First initiative reclaims $12 billion every year for California’s schools and local communities by closing commercial property tax loopholes benefiting a fraction of corporations and wealthy investors. The initiative benefits residents and small businesses by exempting homeowners and renters from any changes while implementing new tax relief for small businesses.
Paid for by Schools and Communities First - Sponsored by a Coalition of Social Justice Organizations Representing Families and Students. Committee major funding from: Chan Zuckerberg Advocacy (Nonprofit (501(c)(4)), SEIU State Council (Nonprofit (501(c)(5)), California Federation of Teachers. Funding details at [link removed].
