This time we're calling on Congress to investigate recent reports that Justice Alito leaked information about a pending Supreme Court case to an interested party back in 2014. It's the latest proof that the Republican justices on the Supreme Court are little more than politicians in robes. The Court deserves to be investigated and held accountable!

You might be wondering, is the first time first time Alito has shown his true partisan colors? Thanks for the question, and NO, it's not:

• In 1991, while serving as a federal appeals court judge on the Third Circuit, Alito wrote a dissenting opinion in support of a law that would require women to notify their husbands before an abortion. 🧐
  
  
• In 2017, Alito was a guest of honor at a fundraising event for conservative think tank, the Claremont Institute. This is an explicit violation of Cannon 4C of the Code of Conduct for U.S. judges, which applies to all federal judges ✨except✨ Supreme Court justices. 
  
  
• In 2019, Samuel Alito and Brett Kavanaugh met with the heads of anti-LGBTQ+ group, National Organization for Marriage, just three weeks after the organization filed an amicus brief in a case before the Court. 🤯
  
  
• In November 2020, Alito gave a speech at the Federalist Society in which he openly questioned the Supreme Court's decision to protect same-sex marriage. 😒
  
  
• And just earlier this year, Alito mocked foreign leaders who questioned the Supreme Court's overturning Roe v. Wade. 🤬
