Background

LCM involves a series of projects located on different sites on the West Capitol Campus. The project will address space needs of legislative agencies and critical issues with the Irving R. Newhouse, Joel M. Pritchard and John L. O?Brien buildings.

Initially, the Legislative Modular Building [ [link removed] ]will provide temporary office space for legislators and their staff who occupy the Irving R. Newhouse Building, which will be replaced as part of LCM. After the Newhouse Building is replaced, the Pritchard and O?Brien buildings will be renovated. Staff from those buildings will move into the modular building during that work. The modular building is expected to remain on the Capitol Campus for six to eight years.
