Hi —

I wanted to make sure you saw Molly’s message! There are only a few hours left to make a donation that supports our 2023 programming and helps us ensure the environment remains a top priority in this time of transition.

With only 7 hours to go until midnight, we are 37 away from our goal of 67 donors. We are asking you to dig deep and help us kick off the holiday season by meeting our ambitious goal.

Thank you for all you do– we can’t do this work without you,

Giving Tuesday is here! While we know you’ll be getting a ton of messages throughout the day, we are asking you to step up and help us fight for our shared environment here in Pennsylvania.

The threats to our environment, our public health, and our democracy are truly unprecedented this year. With a new administration in Harrisburg, we need to make sure the environment remains a top priority as we head into 2023 local and judicial elections. On top of this, big polluters and their allies have consistently beat the drum of misinformation about “election fraud” as a way to disenfranchise voters of color and low-income voters.

We need to be ready for what comes next. Giving Tuesday is our chance to come together and power this movement to keep fighting in 2022, and we’ve set an ambitious goal of 67 donors – one for each county of our 67 counties – by midnight.

Can you help us reach our goal by chipping in with a donation? Any amount helps [[link removed]]

While we never stopped holding lawmakers accountable and fought back against a surge of attacks on our environment and our democracy in 2022, we also met the moment with new and innovative tactics:

*We launched our FIRST EVER television ad advocating for Josh Shapiro, which Pennsylvanian’s watched a whopping 6.8 million times
*We endorsed 81 pro-environment candidates across the commonwealth and spent $3.2 million to support them– THREE TIMES our previous electoral spending
*And we talked directly to Pennsylvanian voters, sending 150,000 texts, 712,174 mail-pieces, and making 385,000 phone calls

We need to make these kinds of investments year after year to keep winning in Pennsylvania and put every level of government in the hands of pro-environment leaders.

And there are some critical legislative fights coming up in 2023 that we need your help to prepare for. From gearing up for judicial and local elections, to educating and holding our new administration accountable, we simply can’t do this work without the support of key members like YOU.

Friend, this is our moment to gather our resources and prepare ourselves for the extraordinary challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Please do your part and make a donation this Giving Tuesday to help us keep fighting for a healthy environment and democracy [[link removed]]

Your generosity does not go unnoticed. Thank you for supporting our movement.
