John,
I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks to this generous community, we secured every single dollar of our year-end match to fund the expansion of our lifesaving programs this year.
Last month marked seven years since my beautiful butterfly Dylan was murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary. No matter how much time passes, life without my baby boy never gets easier.
But with your help, Dylan's legacy lives on – and we're protecting other children from gun violence.
Since 2014, over 11 million students and educators have participated in our no-cost Know the Signs programs. That's more than 11 million people who learned tangible ways to prevent gun violence and keep their schools safe – helping to prevent multiple school shooting threats. We couldn't have accomplished this incredible milestone without the generosity of this community.
We're already gearing up for our Say Something Week in March, where students and educators learn how to identify warning signs of gun violence and get help before a tragedy happens in their school or community.
One of the best ways you can continue to help is by spreading the word about this free, lifesaving training program being offered to schools and youth organizations nationwide:

There's not a day that goes by where I don't think about my beautiful butterfly Dylan. But doing this work with you – saving lives thanks to your support – is what pushes me forward every day. Thank you so much.
With love,
Nicole Hockley (Dylan's mom)
