Dear John,

As we gather with family and friends on Thanksgiving, we’ll give thanks for our loved ones, for good food, and for the farmers, ranchers and producers who bring it to our tables. And there’s something else to give thanks for: Farm Aid music!

There are two ways for you to participate:

LISTEN

If you’re a Sirius XM subscriber, you can hear a special encore performance of Farm Aid 2022 on Willie’s Roadhouse (Ch. 59) [[link removed]], hosted by the wonderful Paula Nelson, starting at Noon ET on Thanksgiving. You can hear it again on Sunday, November 27 from 4-11 pm ET.

WATCH

In the evening, you can hear AND see performances from Farm Aid 2022 on The Best of Farm Aid 2022, airing at 10 pm ET on Circle. The Best Of features fantastic performances, artist interviews and videos featuring farmers and all of the folks who are part of the Farm Aid family. Click here for details on how you can tune in. Steve Snyder, our Development and Brand Director, shares his thoughts about this time of year as a season of stewardship [[link removed]]. "Though the fields may appear quiet, there’s still plenty of hard work being done, both inside and out. To grow and nourish the livestock and crops that feed us year-round, farmers are constantly nurturing the resources they depend on. This investment in the long-term health of the soil, water, and climate around them, ensures that these vital resources will sustain not just their farm operation, but our community as well."

The calls our Farmer Services Team received (1-800-FARM-AID) after Hurricane Ian reflect the desperation producers are feeling in the wake of climate chaos. Our Team put together this list of resources to help affected farmers across the Southeast [[link removed]], in addition to recently launching Spanish-language hotline support [[link removed]].
