* FIRST: Election night results showed our people-powered campaign narrowly leading Herschel Walker – meaning we're primed to win.

* BUT THEN: National Republicans started panicking. Mitch McConnell's super PACs started launching nasty attack ads, and GOP donors flooded Walker's campaign with more than $37 million to defeat me.

* NOW: We're running out of time to fight back against GOP attacks and mobilize the voters who will decide this race – but we're falling short of what we need to power our on-the-ground efforts.
