Dear John, In just a few days we'll be starting our week-long meditation challenge– back by popular demand. Are you registered and ready? It's going to be so rejuvenating for our spirit and mind; exactly what we need as we prepare for the holiday season. John, please join us from Monday, November 14th to Sunday, November 20th at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET for 30 minutes. No experience is required– plus, it's f*r*e*e*! If you're totally new to meditation, we welcome you. This is a great place to be. Each day we will review how to practice the Kirtan Kriya meditation and we'll answer any questions you may have. We are excited to offer this online group meditation practice to re-energize and improve your focus, attention, and memory. Oh, and it's incredible for reducing stress too. Take the Challenge and experience the brain-boosting benefits for yourself. It's the same time every day, all week. Monday, November 14th – Sunday, November 20th 2022 12 pm PT / 1 pm MT / 2 pm CT / 3 pm ET for 30 minutes Host: Kirti Khalsa, ARPF CEO REGISTER After registering, you will receive instructions on how to practice this easy meditation from your chair. We invite you to share with all your friends and family– it's especially beneficial for seniors. We have a group of incredible yoga teachers / therapists who will be teaching the meditation sessions; we can't wait to share them with you. It's going to be a great week of meditation and we hope to see you there.
