It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving and Hanukkah are right around the corner! For better or worse, this tumultuous year has flown by.

Dear John,

Happy New Year!

Last year, your support enabled HIAS to protect and advocate on behalf of refugees and asylum seekers. Your tremendous efforts included multiple donation drives to collect diapers, hygiene products, winter coats, and food for our clients; scores of programs at which you welcomed HIAS staff into your community to raise awareness; and significant time spent advocating on behalf of refugees and asylum seekers in the community, in the streets, and in the corridors of power.

As we begin 2020, I know that together we will find ample ways to continue and to strengthen these efforts in the year to come. Below you will find a few opportunities to engage with HIAS this January. I hope to see you there!

With immense gratitude,

Chelsey Berlin
