Friends,

Let me start by saying this: We have a lot to celebrate today.

Tuesday was a fantastic night for women governors across the country. My dear friend Kathy Hochul was elected the first woman governor of New York State! And Governors Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan, Michelle Lujan Grisham in New Mexico, Janet Mills in Maine, and Laura Kelly in Kansas have all been re-elected—with several more races considered too close to call.

John Fetterman flipped Pennsylvania’s Senate seat blue, and we re-elected Senator Maggie Hassan in New Hampshire. These two victories give us a huge boost in the fight to retain Senate control. And while Cheri Beasley in North Carolina, Val Demings in Florida, Mandela Barnes in Wisconsin and Tim Ryan in Ohio fell short, they each ran history-making campaigns—and have bright futures ahead of them.

Many, many House races are still too close to call—and control of the House has yet to be decided. With your support, Off the Sidelines candidates like Rep. Sharice Davids in Kansas and Rep. Lauren Underwood in Illinois won seriously tough re-election fights. The “red tsunami” that MAGA Republicans predicted is nowhere to be found.

Still—we have a lot of work left to do.

My friends, Senators Raphael Warnock and Catherine Cortez Masto, are neck-and-neck in the two Senate races that will determine our majority. Catherine’s race is too close to call, and Raphael’s is headed to a runoff. They both need a major surge in grassroots support to ensure that every vote is counted.

I promised them this team could raise $30,000 by midnight tonight to send critical resources to Nevada and Georgia, and to save our Senate majority. Please—will you chip in $5 right now to ensure that EVERY eligible vote is counted? [[link removed]]

Thank you for stepping up now—we’re down to the wire and your support could make-or-break these two critical races.

More soon,

Kirsten
