Dear  John xxxxxx,

My office can help you get solutions when you’re having problems with Social Security, Medicare, federal employee retirement, veterans’ services, or other federal programs.

This is called casework, and it is one of the most important things I do as your Congresswoman.

Tomorrow, I’ll be hosting casework clinics across the district to help residents. Staff will be available to assist in English and Spanish. If you need help with a federal agency, please stop by one of the following clinics:

•  East Harris County Activity Center (7340 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX 77505) on Thursday, November 10, from 10:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m.

• Leonel J Castillo Community Center (2101 South St, Houston, TX 77009) on Monday, November 14, from 11:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m.

•  Northeast Harris County Community Center (10918 1/2 Bentley St, Houston, TX 77093) on Tuesday, November 15, from 11:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m.

•  Hardy Community Center (11901 West Hardy Rd, Houston, TX 77076) on Wednesday, November 16, from 10:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m.

• Pep Mueller Activity Center (14750 Henry Rd, Houston, TX 77060) on Wednesday, November 30, from 9:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m.

• Mangum-Howell Community Center (2500 Frick Rd, Houston, TX 77038) on Tuesday, December 13, from 12:00 p.m. through 2:00 p.m.
