Friends,

First, I want to say how deeply grateful I am for your support throughout our campaign. From our odds-defying primary victory to the pending results for yesterday’s general election, your commitment to our shared values means the world to me. Thank you.

Oregonians have voted and we now await the results. Ballots are still being counted, including ballots from Oregon’s military personnel serving overseas.

While we are currently behind, most of the remaining ballots to be counted are in counties where we are leading. We anticipate the gap to continue to close – what remains to be seen is if we will catch up and move ahead.

It’s important that we give our election workers the time they need to do their job – to ensure every vote is counted. I want to express my confidence in their work and in our election process.
