The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is at risk of being torn up by the Trump administration after a federal appeals court ruled the individual mandate -- the backbone of the law -- unconstitutional. Trump immediately hailed the ruling as a victory for Americans, because he does not care about Americans not named Trump.

The GOP has repeatedly tried to trash the ACA before going as far as shutting down the federal government in 2013 and trying to repeal it in 2017 with no replacement, but all of their efforts have failed when Americans made their voices heard and demanded it stay.

But this lawsuit could gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions without taking the will of the people into account, so if you believe we need to protect healthcare -- not let Trump and the courts strip it away from millions -- we need you to make your voice heard again today:
