We're in the short rows now. Today is Election Day! Polls are open here in North Carolina and you can vote until 7:30 p.m.
But right now, I need to ask you one favor today. Can you check your voter registration status, find your polling place, and vote?
The stakes are incredibly high in this race. But I know this district, and with your support, we will win.
I'm a 5th-generation eastern North Carolinian, and I've worked in the tobacco fields, taught in our classrooms, and served in our State Senate. Anything you can do today to help get my story and vision out to your friends and family would be a blessing.
