You can still vote if you have yet to receive your absentee or mail-in ballot. 

#1 Go in-person to your county board of elections, ask them to cancel your ballot and issue you a new one. You may vote the ballot and return to the office while you're there.

OR #2 You may go to your voting poll and vote by provisional ballot. Your provisional ballot will be counted after they confirm your absentee or mail-in ballot has not been counted.

If you received an absentee or mail-in ballot but want to vote in-person, you may surrender your ballot AND envelope at your polling precinct on Election Day. You will be issued a regular ballot if you can surrender both pieces.
