I came to Nevada because I saw the opportunity to put down roots, build a successful business from scratch, and give my two girls a great life. I built a business and created hundreds of jobs while raising two daughters as a single father.

I’ve been blessed. And I want the next generation, including my kids, to have the same opportunities that I had. My dad has been gone now for about 18 years and he always told me to try to leave the world a little bit better of a place than you found it and that is what I intend to do.

That’s part of why I ran for Governor. And we got a lot done over the past few years that I’m really proud of.

We’ve worked around the clock to lift up working families, increase public school funding, expand reproductive freedoms, and make sure every eligible Nevadan can exercise their right to vote.

But I’m running for re-election because the job isn’t done, yet. And my opponent, Joe Lombardo, would make Nevada worse off. Instead of moving us forward, he would take us backward.

Lombardo doesn’t care about Nevadans. He cares about Trump’s endorsement and the billionaire bankrolling his campaign. I just don’t think that’s the leader Nevadans deserve.

I’m running for re-election to be that leader. I’ll be damned if I don’t work my hardest to win this election so that I can fight for you and move Nevada in the right direction.
