The VITA-Train is a free modular training program offered by Prosperity Now designed to seamlessly supplement your existing Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program training regimen or serve as a stand-alone online training for volunteers.

The 10 modules cover tax law topics such as Intake, Income, and Education Credits. VITA volunteers can use the VITA-Train to obtain both the Basic and Advanced Level certifications. And we’ve got something special for returning volunteers - a new module to guide them through what’s new this filing season.
