Tonight is New Year's Eve, but it's also a very important day for our campaign...

It is our CRITICAL end of 2019 fundraising deadline and we are still about $3,000 short of our grassroots fundraising targets to cover the costs for our campaign to reclaim $12 billion for California schools and communities!

We try not to ask for contributions too often from you because we know this campaign is about so much more than just fundraising. It is about investing in our schools and kids, and building safe, strong, and healthy communities.

But in order to fuel our grassroots movement, get our message on TV, and fight back against attacks from wealthy corporations, we need to ask for a small donation every now and then.

So, can we count on you to chip in $20.19 today before our end of 2019 deadline to help us reach our goal?

We already know that the wealthy corporations and billionaire investors who are running the opposition to our campaign plan to spend MILLIONS to mislead voters and keep in place a system that works for them instead of the many.

The only way we will be able to fight back is if we also can raise the grassroots funds necessary to keep pace, so our message reaches every voter in California.

Midnight is our fundraising deadline, so this is your last chance to give before we have to close the books on 2019. Anything you are able to give today will go a long way come November!

Quick, chip in now to support Schools & Communities First >>

Together, our grassroots movement will win in 2020!

The Schools & Communities First initiative reclaims $12 billion every year for California’s schools and local communities by closing commercial property tax loopholes benefiting a fraction of corporations and wealthy investors. The initiative benefits residents and small businesses by exempting homeowners and renters from any changes while implementing new tax relief for small businesses.

Paid for by Schools and Communities First - Sponsored by a Coalition of Social Justice Organizations Representing Families and Students. Committee major funding from: Chan Zuckerberg Advocacy (Nonprofit (501(c)(4)), SEIU State Council (Nonprofit (501(c)(5)), California Federation of Teachers. Funding details at [link removed].
