Events and News from the Web Medication in Mental Health - Understanding Your Prescription (From Red Rocket Events Ltd), Thursday 10 November, 9.30am - 4.30pm

Are you, or is someone you love, taking prescribed medication for mental health? Are you confused about the prescription? Do you fully understand what it does or why? Do you know what alternative options are available? Have you become addicted to your medication and want to get back in control or come off it? Is it even possible to come off and if so, how do you do it safely? All too often we hear stories about medications being used but not fully understanding what they do or how they are meant to help.

Medication in Mental Health (MMH) will answer all these questions by taking a closer look at what is actually being prescribed, what it's meant to do, what are the side effects and what alternative options are out there. Join in the conversation and hear from our leading experts on pharmaceuticals and Psychiatrists as we delve deeper into the world of medication.
