In May of 2021 SB 2 was passed which amended the State Constitution to limit the Governor’s emergency declaration powers

We passed a comprehensive budget package in 2021 and 2022 which provided much needed support for economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic without any increase in taxpayer expenses

At least 54 new Senate sponsored bills were signed into law, that aimed to provide financial security, senior citizen support, children and family support, election reform, criminal justice reform, emergency services, opioid epidemic assistance, healthcare service and staffing improvement, agriculture preservation, environment and energy initiatives, transportation and infrastructure improvements, outdoor recreation and community development support, education reform, and military/veteran services.

In addition to the more than 4 dozen bills I personally introduced, I Co-Sponsored another 272 pieces of legislation.
