Independent voters, and moderate democrats will play an important role in this election - however let’s be clear, if Republicans don’t vote we will lose.
That means Matt Gunderson loses, and we don’t hold off the Democrat super-majority in Sacramento, making it that much easier for Governor Newsom to sign outrageous policy bills.
If Jim Desmond loses we lose our boldest voice for common sense in San Diego.
That means Pat Bates can’t win which will undoubtedly lead to longer police response times, more chronic failure in the public schools, and rising crime in Orange County.
We would also lose Laurie Davies' critical race, and her strong conservative message in Sacramento.
Lastly, we would lose our congressional race and continue to be represented by Mike Levin, a self avowed and proven Democrat Socialist.
