Friend,

Of course Tim Michels, the Republican nominee for Wisconsin Governor, got up and said it out loud: if he wins, he'll make sure Republicans "will never lose another election in Wisconsin."

This pretty much sums up exactly what we're up against as a pro-democracy movement.

It's also probably true. Ask Ron DeSantis how easy it is to game elections.

But here's the thing: there are more of us than them. There are more people out there who believe in putting country over party and are sick of the ultra-MAGA assault on our democracy. That's why the January 6th hearings were so important, and why messengers like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger matter -- they're broadening our pro-democracy coalition by appealing to voters who normally would walk in and check the box for the Republican candidate because that's what they've always done.

That's exactly our closing message to Wisconsin voters. We're airing this to roughly 127,000 key swing voters right now, as you read this. This is our final push.

This email was supposed to be an update on Wisconsin with five days to go. It's turned into one of our highest priorities, with a close Senate race and a Governor's race that might come down to a few thousand votes. And Tim Michels was kind enough to point out just how important the race is for 2024. Trippi will have more for you about how we see the race this weekend, but for now:

My update is pretty simple. We're throwing the kitchen sink at winning Wisconsin.

When it's all said and done, we're going to have shown key voters in Wisconsin our ads over TEN MILLION times. And you're helping us do it. If you're able, now's the time to help us make one last push into Wisconsin. Ask Tim Michels why it's so important.
