One of the National Partnership's top priorities for 2020 is protecting women's access to reproductive health care.

In March, the Supreme Court will hear a high-stakes abortion case that challenges a Louisiana law that would effectively ban abortion by closing all the clinics except one, leaving one doctor to provide abortion care for nearly one million women of reproductive age in the state.

The Louisiana law is identical to a Texas law that was challenged three years ago and that the Court correctly ruled unconstitutional. The decision should be the same. The one difference?

Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh are on the bench to carry out Trump's agenda to control women's bodies and end legal abortion in this country.

Losing this case would make Roe v. Wade irrelevant and open the floodgates for severe attacks on abortion access EVERYWHERE.
