In the months since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, we’ve watched state after state enforce increasingly restrictive abortion bans. At the same time, extremist politicians have introduced a national abortion ban that they promise to pass if they take back control of Congress. These anti-choice extremists and Trump-style Republicans have decided that we should not have the fundamental right or freedom to make the most intimate decisions about our bodies, families, and futures.

Like many of you, I am filled with rage—but there is something we can do about it. We can channel our anger into action to fight back for our freedom. We are the majority, and we hold the power to ensure our children and grandchildren can live in a country where reproductive freedom truly is a reality for every body.

This is the make or break moment for protecting abortion access and restoring our fundamental rights. We must keep MAGA Republicans from seizing control of Congress, growing their majorities in state legislatures, and taking over critical governors’ offices—and we have seven days to make sure the 8 in 10 Americans who believe in legal abortion know that this fight is far from over.
