Dear John,
With Election Day just one week away, campaign season is kicking into high gear! Here’s an update on my campaign and recent work:
1. I went on a farm tour throughout Southwest Georgia to meet with farmers. As chair of the Agriculture, Rural Development, and Federal Drug Administration Subcommittee of the Appropriations Committee, meeting the needs of our state’s farmers and agricultural communities is a top priority of mine.
2. I took the debate stage for the final time before Election Day. I appreciated the opportunity to present my resume compared to that of my opponent's and discuss how I am best suited to serve the people of Middle & Southwest Georgia.
3. I voted early! Early voting in Georgia ends this Friday, so get out and vote this week! If you’re voting with an absentee ballot, be sure to submit your ballot in time for your county elections office to receive it before November 8 at 7:00 p.m.
