There has been a lot of recent movement in the world of TPS. This webinar will provide important updates on various aspects of TPS practice. First, it will provide a snapshot of recent TPS designations, extensions, and re-designations and the impact of on-going litigation on long-term TPS holders. Next, it will highlight trends in initial TPS applications and adjudications, including firm resettlement, as well as strategy considerations when pursuing TPS and asylum. Finally, it will provide an in-depth analysis of the new travel policy for TPS holders that rescinds Matter of Z-R-Z-C- and allows them to be ‘inspected and admitted’ upon return from travel abroad, opening up a pathway to adjustment for many otherwise eligible individuals.
