Friend —

My favorite part of campaigning is knocking on doors - talking to neighbors about the issues that matter to them and hearing their concerns, but also their hopes and dreams for the future of our community, state, and country. And lately, the biggest thing I’ve been hearing at the doors is that people are tired of political attacks

Everyone’s receiving tons of campaign mail, calls, texts, and online ads right now, and these are full of one side attacking the other. I don’t think that’s what campaigning, or governing, should be about.

It is important to have real, substantive debates on the issues, but that doesn’t have to involve conflict. Scoring political points by attacking others is not my style – I believe that no matter someone’s viewpoint, they still deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. And as elected officials, it’s our duty to try and find common ground and work together.

Our communities are really hurting - costs are rising, and people’s fundamental rights are under threat. People want progress, not conflict, and my number one priority is delivering real results. I pride myself on my record of building bridges across political divides to collectively deliver for our constituents.

None of my work would be possible without you by my side. But running a winning campaign takes a lot of resources, and we only have 10 days left. I’m hoping that grassroots supporters like you can help us out: will you chip in $10 to help us across the finish line?

Thanks for always having my back. I’m so grateful for your support.
