Every year (twice a year), mule deer migrate 150 miles each way from the desert to the mountains in Wyoming, pronghorn migrate 150 miles each way between Wyoming’s Upper Green River Basin and Grand Teton National Park, and elk migrate up the steep slopes of the mountains around Yellowstone and the Tetons following the growth of fresh grass.
