Democratic Reps. Dan Lipinski (IL-03) and Henry Cuellar (TX-28) are "On Notice."

Lipinski voted against Obamacare. Cuellar co-sponsored a bill to undermine access to abortion. And both have voted to defund Planned Parenthood.

Pro-choice champions Marie Newman (IL-03) and Jessica Cisneros (TX-28) can replace them.

Marie is the founder of an anti-bullying coalition who ran against Lipinski last year and nearly defeated him in the primary. This time, she can win.

Jessica is a human rights attorney who interned for Cuellar in college - and that's when she noticed he stayed silent on issues like women's rights, poverty, and health care. She's looking to be a voice that better represents her district.
