Friend,
In two weeks, America is going to
be voting on the future of our democracy. That means we’ve got two
weeks to make sure voters across the country make the right
choice.
You know the work we’re doing.
We’re hitting the right voters with the right ads. Our strategy was integral to defeating Trump in 2020.
And we know it’s going to be just as important for our
pro-democracy coalition in 2022.
We’ve got the message and we’ve got
the audience. But our resources are not infinite. With two weeks out -
this is basically our last chance to make the right budgetary
decisions to get our messages in front of swing voters. If
you want to ensure that we can reach as many people as possible, the
time to pitch in is now.
Here are a couple observations that
are shaping what we are doing in these last two weeks:
-
WI: CNN just released
a poll showing that the gubernatorial race in Wisconsin is razor-thin.
This tracks with our internal targeting, too. That’s why we’re hitting
the airwaves to remind Wisconsin voters that Tim Michels wants to drag
women’s rights back to the 19th century.
-
AZ: Arizona has
dangerous ultra-MAGA candidates running up and down the ballot. AZ
voters don’t elect dangerous demagogues. Our ad makes that point loud
and clear.
-
Nationally:
Republicans continue to denounce America's involvement in the war in
Ukraine. And recent polling shows that the vast majority of Americans
are still in support of our involvement. That’s another major issue
where the GOP is on the wrong side. We’re committed to
putting as many resources as possible to ensure that voters know that
if Republicans win, Putin wins, and America and Ukraine
lose.
You know the messages, and if you
believe that they are important to winning on November 8th, you’ll
help support them today. There is a direct correlation between the
amount of money we raise and the number of voters we can reach.
It’s
crunch time now, there’s nothing else we can do but ask. Pitch in
today to ensure we can make the best targeting decisions for the
future of our democracy.
Thank you for all that you
do.
